What does 'method of victory' mean in boxing props?

A prop where you pick how a fight ends — knockout, technical knockout, decision, disqualification, or draw — rather than just picking who wins. Each outcome carries its own odds.

What is a 'round betting' prop?

A wager on the exact round in which the fight ends. Some books offer grouped rounds (rounds 1-3, for example) while others price each round individually. Odds vary by round.

What does 'goes the distance' mean?

A yes/no prop on whether the fight reaches the final scheduled round without a stoppage. If it ends by KO, TKO, or corner stoppage before the last round, 'No' wins.

What is a 'knockdown total' prop?

An over/under line on the combined number of official knockdowns across both fighters in a fight. A knockdown counts only if the referee issues a standing count.

What does TKO mean for prop settlement purposes?

Technical knockout — a fight stopped by the referee, a corner, or the ringside doctor before a knockout. Prop markets that list KO and TKO separately treat these as distinct outcomes.

What is 'fighter total rounds' as a prop?

An over/under on how many rounds a specific fighter will complete, regardless of result. Half-round conventions apply — check the bet slip's grading note for your card.
